RE/MAX Resort Realty Becomes Leader in 3d Virtual Tour Technology

We are proud to announce our newest edge for listing and marketing of real estate, 3d Technology. We are the first to possess this technology throughout our region and are now providing this service to our clients, free of charge. Here’s what people are saying about this new tech.

“Consumers get more discerning about their choices and sellers want to present their properties in the best light possible,” Lynn said in the piece. “Open houses are only a couple of hours a week, but when you have Matterport virtual reality, we can be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.”

Spring Fever?

Once, there was a man who told me that I had no business thinking about warm weather until March 1st. Now that we are only 6 days from this calendar date,  I have officially broken the cardinal rule and spring fever is in full force! I’ve lived in Central Idaho long enough to understand there will be a few snowy days left before we can consider ourselves to be “out of the woods.” Old man winter always seems to surprise us until the bitter end. However, I know that some of you may be wondering why the office is so excited about the warmer days ahead? The reason is simple; we are anticipating a strong real estate market to kick off during the summer months in the Valley County region. Activity has been on the incline since January 1st, and more people are inquiring about real estate as opposed to this time last year. With this in mind, we are very optimistic that this trend will continue. We can longer hide the fact that Central Idaho is a recreational paradise for the outdoor enthusiast. As we continue to put ourselves on the map, we will experience more tourism which will be very beneficial for the state of our economy.

For more information & statistics on the economic growth contact our office. We would be happy to supply you with our monthly newsletter!

More Snow is in the Forecast!

remax

Head on up to McCall, stop by for a cup of coffee and enjoy the views! We would love to see you!

Valley Count Number 6 In The Nation with Highest Percentage of Second Homes

Slide1-1According to the National Association of Builders, Valley Count Idaho has the 6th highest concentration of second homes, at 71.2 %. While it might be nice not to to have the neighbors “around” next door, this does pose economic pressure on local businesses that rely on the local population to support getting them through the slow seasons, in particular Mud Season.

Tamarack Ski Resort Offers Electronic Ski Pass

Tamarack Ski Resort today announced the Express Card Ticket that allows you to purchase a ticket with just the swipe of a card. No need to wait in line to purchase a ticket after you receive the Express Card. Clever idea! Here’s how it works.

For the price of a day ticket, the Express Card gets you a day on the slopes (just like a regular lift ticket). Then, you can return to the resort two more times and save $10 off the daily lift ticket rate on each visit. With an Express Card, there is no need to return to the ticket window. Once you have picked it up on your first visit, just keep in on your waist and go directly to the lift. When the card is scanned, your credit card will be charged. You’ll be on our lifts faster than any other resort, all with the help of wireless technology.
